I’ve never liked HP. Can’t help it! It’s down there with Supernatural, GoT, Hunger Games and the like. Not my idea of entertainment.
I’ve never seen Supernatural, though people online have pretty much given me a blow by blow of every frikkin episode on Tumblr since I’ve been here. T_T
I’ll give you Hunger Games though. The book was explained to me by a fan at Barnes & Nobles once, and it was creepy enough just hearing their synopsis, so when the movie craze started I had ZERO interest. But one day I was lazing about with my mom, and she popped in the Hunger Games, and I had to suffer through that sick deranged film. Like…wtf? O_e It’s like the Truman Show meets Gladiator meets Lord of the Flies meets IDKWTF, but I didn’t like it. The wardrobes were cool though. But the plot was too horrible; I want to be entertained, not sickened. Some of them were KIDS. 😦 If it was nothing but grownups being carted off for the games I’d just shrug. But Hunger Games is just taking bread and circuses too dang far. IMO.
But say one more word about GoT or HP, and it’s ON.
