Saw these on Danjaley’s simblr. I’m jumping on this, cuz I’m nosey and bored and thought the questions were cute. Feel free to jump in as well; I’m not tagging anyone.
1. What are your thoughts on pigeons?
What do you mean – African or European swallows pigeons? 😛
Who knew doves were actually just fancy pigeons though. O_O Go figure.
2. New Zealand or Australia?
I was just talking with Pixelsinmyveins about wanting to go to New Zealand to see The Shire!~ XD
3. What’s something not many people know about your sims/simblr?
I actually look nothing like my TS3 avatar sim – except for the pink hair of course. Sakura is just the very first sim I made when I got TS3, so I keep her around for nostalgic reasons.
4. Pansies. Yes or no?
Nah. I’m more of a peonies, chrysanthemums, calla lilies and black roses kind of gal.
5. When I was about 10 I thought I actually was wanted to be a dragon. What did you want to be when you were younger?
Well, considering the fact that I AM A DRAGON and fire made flesh, I guess I’d otherwise want to be a witch. Like, a real bada** witch – not batsh*t crazy like Bellatrix Lestrange or the Sanderson Sisters, but pretty darn.
6. Least favourite aspect of the sims community?
The freaking lack of MALE CAS CC. I STG male sims are just freaking ignored, by and large, in the CC community. Not like kids and elders, of course, but compared to the sheer overabundance of ofttimes redundant female content, guys get seriously shafted – even in TS2, same problem. SMDH There’s maybe 10-15 quality male-oriented CC sites I can list off the top of my head, and that’s just sad. Thank goodness for the gender converters out there, and Master Controller. I mean, who do you have to kill around here to find male CC that’s not just photoskinned jeans and tshirts!? DANG! >_< Most of my sims are Male, too, which sucks. Which is why I tend to ignore Female sims when I make CAS CC. My own personal thumb up the nose of female-cc-mania. 8) You’re welcome.
7. Most batshit thing that has happened in your game?
Glitches and bugs aside, I guess the most ridiculous things happen whenever I leave High Free Will on. Which isn’t often. Normally I only use it for households of 4 or more sims, otherwise I turn Free Will off, because I am GOD, goshDARNIT. 😛 I only used Story Progression a year or so deep, and quickly turned that crap off when I turned around all all my sims were preggers with stupid jobs and crap. Effed up my whole gameplan. Haven’t used it since.
8. What is to the left of your computer?
Tissues and itch cream and a bottle of NSAIDs. Cuz allergies are a thing that’s happening. Hives are not pleasant. At all. And they’re all over me.
9. What song do you pretend to dislike but secretly really enjoy when you’re by yourself?
Trouble, by that daggone Taylor Swift girl. Can’t stand her, or Katy Perry, but there are a small handful of songs by them that I suppose are rather good. Or at least catchy. Neither one of them can actually sing though, IMO. And I hate Beyonce, always have, since waaay back when Destiny’s Child was first starting out. I always liked Kelly more; she sounds better. Beyonce sounds like a cat giving birth. I’m glad Michelle’s doing a bit of gospel; omg I wonder if she and Fantasia ever made a gospel song together. *__* But yeah. 90% of Pop Music for the past 15 years has just got on my g-d nerves, pretty much. All “style”, and zero substance. I really like Ciara though; that girl could dance. O_O But yeah. Mostly I stay far away from today’s pop music. I’m way more folk/rock/metal/alternative.
10. Do you have a favourite sim of yours?
I must have a good 200+ sims I rotate between. But I guess my favorites would be my Avatar sim, since I’ve been playing with her the absolute longest, and more recently my Nagron sims, since they’re my babies. ❤ (I have to upload the rest of the Winter Trimester, omg, Spring’s practically here already, yikes.)
11. What’s cooler than being cool?

- What’s the weather like? Cold, overcast, trying to rain but being just stupid and ugly right now.
- Something you’d never do in your game? Never say never, but I suppose playing with too many kids and elders in the same household. Ick.
- Do you organize your screenshots? Have to – I have folders for practically everything. My screenshots folder is larger than my Saves folder, and that’s just sad.
- Have you ever wanted a pony? Heh?
- Did (do) you play with a real doll house? Yes, when I was a kid my mommy got me an awesome one; even my brother sat down and played with me! XD It had real lights and swinging doors and came fully furnished with upstairs and downstairs, and folded up like a suitcase. It was bigger than we were – I was like 10 maybe? It was rad. Broke down over the years though, as I lost/broke parts of it piece by piece. *bittersweet sigh* Good times.
- A book from Sims 3 or 4 that you’d like to read? Zombies? Zombies! Game of Thorns (lol). The Dragon’s Age (WA), How Rain Built the World (WA), Silence of the Llamas (SN).
- Favourite pet in the Sims? I seriously want to install Pets so I can have Panda-dogs and unicorns, and see the deer and racoons. But alas. I’m on a laptop. Not risking it.
- Favourite pet in real life? Closest I ever got t having a pet was when my science class back in junior high school let us take baby chicks home for a month or so. It was freaking adorable. They were kept in this giant freaking cage mommy put in the living room, and I’d hold them and they’d dig their sharp little nails in my palm. They had fluffy yellow feathers and always smelled like poop and corn. I cried so hard when they had to go back to the school at the end of the month. I didn’t eat chicken for weeks, and to this day I’m not much of a chicken eater. I like beef. If I ever got a hypoallergenic pet, I’d want bunny rabbits. Lots of bunnies. LOTS. Cuz bunnies. I even have their names planned out, no lie.
- Do you play with sound on or off? I have the music turned off. I play my own music playlists instead, or have a movie running in the background. If I’m playing Medieval/Skyrim gameplay I boot up the Skyrim OST. If I’m playing Final Fantasy gameplay I play the Final Fantasy OST Collection or the Harry Potter OSTs. Stuff like that. Keeps me in the groove.
- Do you think toddlers will re-appear in Sims 4? Eff toddlers – when is TS4 getting a g-d color wheel? I’m not buying TS4 until one of three things happen: A – We get a Steampunk Victorian EP. B – We get a Supernatural EP with lifestates and the return of the TS2 Vampires. Or C – CASt comes back, or we get a color wheel. Or even D – TS4 goes on sale for like $10; I’ll bite if that’s the case. Otherwise, I’ll wait.
- Favourite film as a child? Omg I don’t even know. Other than Sleeping Beauty and The Wiz, I really couldn’t say. Alvin and the Chipmunks apparently used to make me go crazy when I was a toddler/child, according to my mom. I didn’t watch too many kid shows, since I lived with my grandma as a youngling, and she was always watching the Twilight Zone and the Three Stooges and whatnot. As a kid I watched all kinds of shows with my mom since we only had one TV till I got into high school, and she was always mooning over classics like My Fair Lady and Cleopatra, Jane Eyre (several 70s and 80s versions) and Sunset Boulevard, and to this day those are still some of my favorite movies ever. But for the sake of argument, let’s just say Sleeping Beauty.
