THANKS! As far as design goes, I like Sun Wukong the absolute most, from any Warriors game. I saw him and immediately liked him, I don’t know why. He’s not the strongest character to play as, but he’s the fastest. I always like the Fragile Speedsters more than Tanks anyway. But speaking of tanks…

There are SO MANY different characters I am trying to do at once; I’m running myself ragged, honestly – clothes, hair, accessories, oh my. 😦 Hopefully something will be ready soon though! On Sun Wukong I had serious issues with the hair, and I realized that the joint assignments in the butt/tail area are…strange. I’ll leave it at that. 😛

The Warriors games are so easy that the little one started playing at around 8 years old – you just mash the attack button and defeat as many officers as possible without getting your character killed. You don’t even need to listen to the instructions or commands from the leaders – just kill. *cackling*
I like the Empires titles the absolute most, because on top of basic hack and slash button mashing you can also build your own kingdom and make your own armies. You can attack other kingdoms for resources, and hire mercenaries, find scholars, and just feel like a boss. 8) Satisfies the Mad Tyrannical Overlord in me. XD
Sun Wukong first appeared in Warriors Orochi 2 I think it was. He’s from a classic Chinese story called Journey to the West, or Monkey. He travels from China to India with a group of friends (2 monks and a pig/Pigsy) going on adventures and in general being silly. The Dragon Ball anime are based on JTW, and in Japanese Sun Wukong is Son Goku..as in Goku. Same character, really.

I’m glad! Everyone should play Okami at least once in their lifetimes; it is an amazingly original game.
You play as the divine dog/wolf Amaterasu/Ammy/Okami, and instead of magic, you have divine brush techniques that you, the player, have to actually draw correctly in order to advance in the game. (I played on the PS2 not the wii, but I bet the Wii is much better, since you have to move your arm with the controller to draw the right brushstrokes, and I bet that’s just so cool.)
The whole aesthetic is like a moving Japanese watercolor, and it’s just a breathtaking experience. One of the best games I’ve ever played. And I’ve played Final Fantasy, which is saying something! ❤
