This whole post is just me rambling and musing and de-stressing.
I booted up my game and played a bit last night, but it’s slow going, cuz this semester is already turnt up – I already had one test and one essay, this is nuts. I must have had a grant total of 15 hours of sleep this week, tops. X__X
And one of my external hard drives is on the fritz. Today I accidentally dropped it while doing chores (read: dusting for the first time in months; effing allergies got me sicker than sin over here), and now my laptop PC isn’t recognizing it anymore, even though on my desktop PC it still works just fine. 😛 (Thank the lord!) Fortunately I only had on it…oh…just all of my frikkin movies and tv shows and ebooks and .gif collections and and manga and anime and game emulator/ripper tools. No big deal, y’know? >_>
So I’m a wee bit stressed right now. I hope it’ll be okay until I can get a new external hard drive to move all the files to. I need to back up like … everything, before I lose something important, like my sims stuff (wow, my priorities 😛 ).
BUT! On the bright side, I just got the newest Anne Rice book in the Vampire Chronicles, Prince Lestat! ^0^ I’ve been waiting over a year to get this book gosh darnit! HURRAH!
It’s REALLY good so far. I mean, it’s Anne freaking Rice, of course it’s good. I’m half way through, and I’m gonna be so bummed once I finish it. I kid you not I have like 95% of all her books, and she has never disappointed me. Ever. ❤ I want to lick this woman, no lie.
