I survived my first week back at UNI! I’ve got 7 classes this semester,
and my schedule’s thrown all over the place, so during the days when I’m
at the campus library I’ll be lurking about, and trying to sim as much
as I can in the mornings and on the weekends, so I can (hopefully) keep
queuing things up.
Thanks for all the amazing comments I got! It’s the highlight of my day, it really is.

exactly like high school, except that now they charge you to come in and deal with BS. And I’m a whole generation older than everyone in my classes, so it DOUBLY sucks.

I’ll be honest; I was actually inspired by a scene from Queer as Folk (S02E05), when one character (Teddy) lost his job and was spending his days at home doing nothing but pigging out and watching tv (and other stuff). Teddy’s bff (Emmet) eventually shows up with none other than the antihero of the show (Brian) – BAD IDEA. Emmett was trying to be all supportive and gentle, but Brian took one look at the situation and was literally like: EFF THIS!
Get off your butt and go take a shower; you reek. And go find a job. (Brian then gets Ted an interview).
I just loved that episode, so it bled into that my post through Agron and Crixus, because they remind me of the love-hate relationship Brian and Teddy have.
So I guess I was triple-fandom-ing y;all! O_O

Statistics show that PC games are indeed the graphics-jewels ofthe gaming community nowadays.
But…..
You need a B!TCHIN FRIKKIN PC in order to play those kinds of games, and most people don’t have that kind of loot. So the console is often the cheaper option. Aside from the controls being often far easier to handle on console, it’s just less expensive. And I’m too used to console controls to tolerate PC controls, just for the sake of better graphics.
