Surprise!
Here’s the finished product of the hair I used in the Hair Conversion
tutorial, tested and photographed by courtesy of the one and only: White Enamel. ❤
I drink to my sisters, and I take into myself the power to bring hair back from the dead. 😛
As you saw in the tutorial, the only thing I changed was the EGREGIOUS amount of polys on the original mesh.
FLAWS: So it’s not as high resolution as Bobby’s hair, naturally. Also, I left the RGB Mask the same, so the control might be limited in the tips/highlight area. FEEL FREE TO RETEXTURE. And the scalp is weird, but I think that was my fault…
…But the hair also isn’t darn near 30,000 polys anymore, so I whatever, today’s a win. At least the hair’s back from the dead. Blame EA for its hair-killing patches of doom, not poor nooby me, please. U_U
